Welcome to Dropping Well Studio, located on the banks of the River Nidd - opposite the famous Dropping Well in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. I hand build whimsical, quirky, somewhat kitsch ceramics.
In 2020, I enrolled at York College to study Art & Design and found a real connection to working with clay. The process suits my busy brain and enables me to consider and take my time over my makes. I have always loved anything magical or folksy and colour is a major part of my work. One of my main passions in life is collecting vintage bits and bobs, many of which influence and inspire my work.
